FAQs
What systems do you work with?
We primarily work with service management platforms used in the lift industry, and similar field service systems. We also integrate with customer portals and other operational tools used by service providers.
Do we need to change our existing software?
No. In most cases we improve and restructure the systems you already have in place. Our focus is making your existing technology work properly before recommending anything new.
Can you integrate with customer portals?
Yes. Through our integration layer (LiftMate), we can connect service systems with client portals so jobs, statuses, invoices and attachments update automatically without duplicate admin.
How long does a typical project take?
Most implementation or operational improvement programmes run between 3–6 monyhs, depending on the size of the service operation and the complexity of the systems involved.
Will this disrupt our day-to-day operations?
No. We work alongside your existing teams and introduce changes gradually to ensure engineers and office staff can continue operating while improvements are rolled out.
Do you work directly with engineers and office teams?
Yes. Successful adoption requires both field and office teams to be involved. We work closely with engineers, coordinators and management to ensure systems are practical and used properly.
What kind of results can we expect?
Most teams see reduced admin workload, clearer visibility across jobs and performance, faster invoicing, and stronger operational control once workflows and systems are properly structured.
How do we get started?
The first step is a short discovery discussion to understand your current systems, workflows and operational challenges. From there we outline where improvements can be made and what a structured implementation would look like.
